Keepin’ It Bully, Baby!
OK, even though my heart belongs to the little Fluffs, I’ve always felt a special affection for the Bully breeds. One of my Eukanuba buddies recently went to the Razor’s Edge Dog Show in Orlando. His report was posted today on the Eukanuba Unleashed blog.
The American Bully Kennel Club is dedicated to a breed they call “the American Bully,” created from the American Pit Bull Terrier and the American Staffordshire Terrier. Their goal is to retain all the positives of these breeds, along with the beautiful physic of the dog. They want to educate the public and break down negative stereotyping–not just about the Bully, but about the people who share their lives with Bullys. This is NOT about dog fighting, but it is about celebrating great dogs. The story is told in detail on the Razor’s Edge web site, and is definitely worth a read.
